Netanyahu sees no contradiction between killing the Palestinians and "crying" over the ruins of their lives. As the killing is necessary for the continuation of the occupation and crying over the tragedies of Gaza, is a way to pass the Deal of the Century from Gaza Strip's gate. So, the result is the continuation of the occupation.

In the context, Netanyahu wants to tell the Gazans that while the Palestinian Authority is restricting their lives, he and his American partners and others are rushing to rescue them through some emergency measures.

The official Palestinian leadership, recognized by the former US administrations as a necessary partner in discussing the future of the occupied Palestinian territory, including the Gaza Strip, has been alienated by Trump's administration, considering the saying that the distance between Ramallah and Gaza has never been farer than it is today.

The Netanyahu government and its partners have intended to mention the economic fields and services that they can contribute to their promotion in Gaza Strip, and they have focused on activating the crossings and facilitating the movement of goods and individuals from the position of realizing what this means to the people of the Strip after many years of suffering because of the siege by many parts.

The partners seek to exploit Gazans' frustration regarding the ending of division and restoring unity and the increasing divergence between the poles of the Palestinian political system, in order to put the people of the Gaza Strip in front of a tempting offer. In the opinion of these partners, the more attractive the temptation, the more it opens the way for them to present their political, security and economic conditions as a price for implementation.

If things come to execution in connection with the path of the deal of century's, as Washington and Tel Aviv draw it, Israel before any deserved costs is ready to pay in cash from the Palestinian Authority's money collected by Tel Aviv as custom clearance fees and taxes, while the Gulf countries to spend on the pier and the solar station and so on.

What is important for Tel Aviv is that all procedures to be carried out under its security supervision exclusively, meaning that the Strip in the context of these proposals will be under direct Israeli security supervision. The deliberations in the Israeli government have emphasized that these proposals should be implemented in a "terrorism-free" environment. This means that the introduction of serious arguing in Israeli and American offers necessarily passes through the implementation of the condition of the "rehabilitation" of the Palestinian situation in the Gaza Strip.

Experts from the Israeli security and military establishments offer several scenarios in this regard, but Netanyahu's government and Trump's administration are working to calm the situation in the Strip through other steps, as the Israeli government sees the march of return as a declaration of war on it. And when it renews the talk about examining the possibility of reaching a truce agreement or cease-fire with Arab and Western mediations, the stopping of the return marches has been put as a condition to prove good intention, because Tel Aviv realizes that the direct and growing danger lies first in these marches because of their popular momentum and the reactions they create on the international level.

It was clear during the recent Kouchner and Greenblatt tour that Washington is relying on a number of Arab countries and Israel as a regional factors to implement its plan, which is about to be finalized according to Western and Israeli political circles. So, through the deliberations that took place in this tour, the Gaza Strip has got a great deal of attention. As for the first time, the Strip is placed in the forefront, in the context of talking about a political solution, and the reason, according to many observers, is that the conditions that the Strip has experienced, reached it to a crossroads, one of them is the explosion with all its repercussions on all around it.

While Tel Aviv and Washington are trying to open another way to prevent the explosion and not to save the Strip from its crises, but to use them in the service of the path of the US plan by employing some of the Gulf money to reduce the level of these crises under the expected level of explosion. So that Israel can take control of Gaza Strip without having to face the military confrontation and waging more wars.

However, the Palestinian situation has the potential to prevent the progress of the century's deal on the Palestinian front, especially that the American-Israeli hostility against the Palestinian national rights is based mainly on what this situation is suffering of division , conflict, and the continuation of official Palestinian policy in rejecting the decisions of the coalition institutions.

Regarding Gaza Strip, the Central and National Councils have called for lifting the sanctions imposed by the PA immediately. The PA has not only rejected the decision, but it punished through its security services the voices that demanded that in the streets of Ramallah. And this what Hamas also did in Gaza Strip.

It seems clear that breaking this situation requires the mobilization of the Palestinian street's movement in both the Gaza Strip and West Bank, the demand for implementing the decisions of the institutions and the comprehensive national dialogues and the call for providing the requirements to face the danger represented by the American plan that serves the Israeli expansionism.

In short, all the components of the Palestinian situation are concerned with this, as the passage of time without going in this direction leaves room for the deal of the century to progress on the ground, taking advantage of the deteriorating Arab official situation and the weakness of the Palestinian situation and the preoccupation of the both parties of division of its own interests.

Major national tasks that should be promoted on the way of facing the "deal of the century" and they require a national will under the banner of the national liberation program.

At the beginning of this road, we should take in our consideration the entitlements of the higher national interest by cancelling the narrow factional policies that have caused disasters.
